Filmed north of the northeast corner of Indian Bend and Pima Road. The Torch Ride group is heading northbound on Pima Rd. An estimated 10-12 off-duty Scottsdale PD officers were hired for the event, according to the special event permit application filed with the City of Scottsdale.
